I would like to inform everyone that Boulder Hill Apartments is under new management since August of 2007.
They are going through a major renovation, and I love it!!!!
New kitchen and remodeled baths.
A very quiet community in the middle of all the excitment of shopping and transportation.
The new owners are great to work with and as far as living here, I don't think there is a better place for the money around. you can't beat it!
Waiting for it to be completley upgraded.
