Under new management I would like to inform everyone that Boulder Hill Apartments is under new management since August of 2007.
They are going through a major renovation, and I love it!!!!
New kitchen and remodeled baths.
A very quiet community in the middle of all the excitment of shopping

Stay Away police there at least twice a week for one thing or another..loud 24/7.. HORRIBLE MAINTANCE..office person is very nice and belongs at a better complex than this..stay away..will not be happy with condition of apartments, pool and laundry..

If you are just out of your parents and are looking for a place this is probably your best choice in the area. It is not the greatest but it is not that bad either. I would say the biggest fault is the fact that they do not have any real extra amenities.

Inexpensive, Remote.....Theft and Noise I lived here for 2 years and always heard the door constantly slamming. Noisy college kid parties. Peeling out and drag racing in the road. Drug busts. Gangs. Trailor trash type people. I had my car vandalized, someone poured salad dressing all over my car.

DISCUSTING I LIVED HERE IN 2008 the place is disgusting. i was paying 714 a month for nothing! but how was i supposed to know it was my first apartment at 20 years old with a horrible boyfriend that didn't pay anything. when i kicked him out manager didn't do a thing to help me out. Dirty
