I lived at Ravine Wood apartments for nine years. I found the management to be responsive and caring. For example, no issue was made out of the fact I had a cat (illegal) and a gas grill (illegal). The apartments were built in 1972, and show their age...especially on the inside. I repainted my apartment and installed new lighting fixtures. The improvement costs were deducted off my rent.
The best part of living in these apartments is the view. Try to get an apartment facing the woods, and on a second floor.
