I"m moving out asap. Been through 3 floodings and one was very serious where we had to be evacuated by boat. Parking lot is seldom scooped at a decent time of day and sidewalks are not scooped and are icy during the winter...very poor maintenance.
They keep raising the rent and only pay for water. It is not worth the money.
After the flood they didn't deal with mold issues properly and I'm sure the walls are full of mold and growing all the time. They raise the rent because everyone is moving out!
