Well let's see...the ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking water from the shower upstairs for months and has never been repaired after many calls. The neighbors upstairs are ridiculously loud and after several noise complaints, nothing is done. Our stove leaks natural gas and has to be turned off after every use to make sure we don't become ill. And as the previous post complained, there are bugs EVERYWHERE in our unit. Do not even waste your time. Even though the price is low, it's not worth the hassle and the angst.
