My first floor apartment flooded with at least 5 inches of water along with the other 15 first floor apartments. The following day maintenance quit working on draining the apartments by 12:30 without even checking on mine. I was told to move my things out so they could get in to work on fixing the apartment. I did so and they did nothing to provide me with an alternative living space. A week and a half later they told me I was good to move back in. Returning to my apartment I found they had left the old carpet which was still wet and moldy. There was mold on the walls which were also soggy. Being one of the few tenants trying to stay living there while others had moved out completely one would think they would put their efforts to making this place livable. With the amount of time it took them to "fix" the apartment & the few things they did do this place is not livable and wont be until they replace all the carpets and drywall which they have told me they are not planning on doing. Do not take an apartment here! It is a hell whole & the owners don't care about their tenants welfare or health.
