Colony South Looking Good Under New Management! The new management here at Colony South has made so many improvements in the short time they have been here. I have lived here a year and a half and there has been more improvements in the last couple months then there where the previous year or more.

Peoria's Finest Place to Rent Living here is almost like living at a hotel, but without the room service. today I swam in the wonderful pool, rode along the bike path, took my dog to the grooming room, and indoor tanned--all included with my rent. Great value
