Rent is far more than the apartment's worth, and yet they have the audacity to increase the rents yearly.
Newcomers are given great specials- but at the cost of increased rents for old fools like us who renew their leases year after year.Loyalty doesn't pay, guys!
I am paying $225 more every month, for a one bedroom apartment, than a friend who recently moved in a two bed on my same floor.(!!)You can guess why i say in my title that my stay is frustrating.
The office on premises has been closed for almost a year now.
The staff in the leasing office are unfriendly, unsympathetic and arrogant once you sign the lease.
Deposit for security is very high.
The parking area needs to be straightened out, the roads are screaming for repair.
Look around, and you will find lots of apartments with better deals, lower rents and added features like fitness centres.

and lastly, one redeeming feature is that it is less noisy and laundry on the same floor is convenient.
