Do all complexes have roaches'

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Pros: 1)Ample heat, in fact you had better like heat, its 70-75 year round on the 2nd floor. Luckily my plants like it.
2) They treat monthly for roaches! That is because they have to. My girlfriend was unpleasantly surprised by one on the edge of the bathtub just the other day......Good morning hon!
3) Laundry on the same floor.
4) New carpet, tile, and paint
5) I got a great deal, 2 months free! Now I know why.
6) You get to hear the upstairs neighbors, also the side neighbors, but at least you don't hear the neighbors below!
7) Lots of parking
CONS:
I'll keep it simple, if you get the free rent for 2 months, it might be worth it.
But you better like heat, be ok with noisy neighbors, and not mind roaches.
