Alpine apartments are managed by management company which manages Mount Shire Apartments and Mount Prospect Place apartments - they are not well trained and not willing to help.Several things that I was unhappy about:
1. Very slow response to maintenance isues (broken faucet, broken entry system, no hot water in the mornings and etc.)
2. They have a contract with towing company which will tow your car for any reason - even for expired plate sticker (yeah, you heard it right) - the management company would not do a thing about it.
3. They spray the apartments every month for bugs(very annoying invasion of privacy) - I have seen a mice at least once in our apartment - that did not surprised the management ("we will tell orking guy to put a the mouse trap next time")
4. The location is very close to "bad area" of Mount Prospect, so prepare to see police cars every day - although it never bothered me ....
The list can go forever, but I would say avoid this place, unless you need to a very cheap rent - they were giving 2 month free and $100 of each month.
