I have mixed feelings about this place. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. The management company, which also manages Mansions of Mt. Shire and Mt. Prospect Place seem overwhelmed. They never answer the phone, or return calls. The steps in my building became rusted and unsafe. Rather than fix them, they blocked the stair well for 3 months while the "collected quotes from contracters". They also decided to replace the roof, and the workers started at 7:00am on a Saturday. I asked about extending my lease for 3 months so I could close on a condo, and they told have to pay an extra $125 per month to stay here. So I sent them a request in writing and called, and have yet to hear back. I guess if they try to evict me on June 30, I will know.
