I have just rented an apartment at this complex. Although a little leary about this after reading through all the reviews. It appears to be clean, did a walk thru in the afternoon and all seemed quite. Later did a drive by in the evening an encounted the same thing. Only concern in the comments about roaches-I didn't see any droppings when looking under the sink or in the kitchen drawers where these critters usually lurk. Will be moving in mid March so I will update this review after I move in. I'm hoping that the reviews are from disgruntled renters. Time will tell'

For now my rating on this property seems to be ok.

this is very fishy - all posts are made on 9/13/2006 - even those pretending to be positive, it looks to me like dishonest reviews by the competition. Does anyone know of a more genuine source to get reliable reviews??
