I have to agree with these other folks about how bad this place is. I am not at all surprised that the new renter felt okay. The management puts on the charm while renting, then they do a 180 after you are here. I have seen many roaches here and the smells! Every time my downstairs neighbors cook, I can smell it up here and it really stinks! I have to open the doors to let air in no matter how cold. The management staff here is so two faced as I said. Once you sign and commit yourself, then you become an object of scorn. The elevator in our building has had the fan out for six months and it rattles and shimmies on the way down. It is slow enough so you can see the gang graffiti scratched into it. I can't wait to move out of here. No place could be worse. The airplane noise is horrendous. This place is directly in a flight path to O??Hare. Bet you didn't get that news when you were walking through. If you like a poorly maintained, noisy, smelly apartment, with a side of roaches and just outright rude and uncaring managers - call this place home!
