I think the people who write bad comments are the worst residents. This place is ok, if you are looking for a low rent, this will be ok. I m/o on February and I received a great advise from the office, and I prepared the apt. the way they told me and I got all my deposit.

We Have lived at Alpine for 4 years now. Our repairs have always been taken care of. The people with the bugs are the ones who do not clean their apartments. the complex has done a very good job with the snow this year also. Very much appreciated. They try to keep things clean and in good order, but some people are just pigs.
