I can put up with the smelly hall ways but I refuse to put up with rodents. I stopped by the management office and of course they told me everything would be taken care of. I called back a couple hours later to follow up. Not only was the news new to them; but I would also have to wait a week before they could send out pest control.

I have experienced the same things! Smelly, smelly hallways are bad enough but the mice traps allover the apartment are an eyesore and only catch the mice not RID the mice! The office people are both rude [hostile] and extremely unhelpful!
