After a year here, I am finally moving out and thank God! When I moved in a year ago, I gave the office my move in checklist with 9 items that needed to be repaired. After a year here, NOT ONE item has ever been fixed. I contacted the office every week for the first three months and NOTHING. I finally went to the office and the "leasing consultant" that had rented me the place, [she was VERY nice when I was renting], became belligerent and I have never received such horrible treatment from a service person in my life. They will find ways to retaliate if you complain. I see the comment about mice posted and it is very true. I have had mice and all other kinds of pests here. One of the main reasons is that they have the garbage in a recess in the building itself rather than out away from the building. Having open top garbage right in the building is unsanitary, an invitation to mice, assorted pests and disease. It also smells horribly when rotting in the summer heat and if you have a balcony on the side of the garbage, the air is redolent with the worst possible odors. The halls are very smelly and hot as there is no ventilation whatsoever in them. The horrible cooking odors will permeate your apt, clothes and furniture. The elevators need to be replaced and are unsafe. They are scrawled with all sorts of graffiti. I have never lived anywhere so terrible in all my life. I am lucky, I am moving out! Please believe what is said here. This place is an unsanitary ghetto. STAY AWAY!
