The customer service is horrible here. Leasing agents are very rude once you sign the lease. They are a huge pain to deal with. I had to pay out of my pocket for carpet replacement even though it had normal wear and tear. They took away a huge chunk of my security deposit. Make sure you are there in person during the move-out inspection. Even a hair left in the tub will cost you (a friend of mine experienced it). Stay away from this apartment and any other apartments managed by them.
