(user photo) Parking lot behind my building...there not great at cleaning the snow in winter..

(user photo) My whole vanity had been moved and all my belongings thrown into the sink.. (user photo) My heat often was not working properly...as you can see here..It was 80 degrees!!

Extending / ending the lease PAIN

move in OK. Once it comes to end your lease or extend it that is where all the struggle starts.Most unfriendly people at the rental office.These are all common problems faced by some residents in general living in appartments. MOST HURTING fact is that Alpine Apprtments MARKET RATE varies from person to person and depends on the mood of the Office people.So be carefull extending your lease.
