(user photo) Parking lot behind my building...there not great at cleaning the snow in winter..

(user photo) My whole vanity had been moved and all my belongings thrown into the sink.. (user photo) My heat often was not working properly...as you can see here..It was 80 degrees!!

Some Office staff are not good...

Customer service people are really mean. If we are new customer they are nice. If we are current resident, they were very rude. very hard to deal with them for lease ending or renewing.
apartment is not bad.
Leasing agents are very rude.
