This place is disgusting. It is filled with Illegal Hispanic Aliens from across the border. Latino Gang Shootings, oh dear! The property should be torn down. I cannot beleive the City of Mount Prospect does not do anything about this horrible apartment complex. The INS should just move in along with the Border Patrol. It looks like section 8 housing...filthy, disgusting. This apartment complex has given a bad name to Mount Prospect. This property has also deteriorated other property values down the street, it is ashamed.

Look in the Police Blotter and notice the address for car break-ins, thefts, break-in enterings, shootings, and gang fights and you will see the address of Brownstone Court!

I HAVE LIVED AT INVESCO FOR A YEAR AND LETS SAY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MOVE OUT FOR A YEAR THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. DON'T GET ME WRONG IF YOU HAVE VERY LITTLE MONEY THE RENT IS JUST RIGHT TO BUDGET BUT FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME WITH A NEW CAR IF YOU LIKE FIGHTING SHOOTING ECT YOU WILL LOVE THIS COMPLEX. MY CAR HAS BEEN KEYED 3 TIMES IN THE LAST MONTH THE LANDLORDS DON'T CARE EITHER DOES MOUNT PROSPECT POLICE DEPARTMENT ( WHICH IT IS THERE FAULT THESE APT ARE SO CRAPPY) NO BODY CARES ABOUT THE PROPERTY BUT IF YOU LIKE TO PLAY YOUR MUSIC LOUD AND DRINK AND PARTY AT ALL HOURS GREAT PLACE IF YOU LIKE RATS ROACHS AND ANTS. I HAVE HAD A EXTERMINATER AT MY APT EVERY MONTH EXPECT ONE BUT KNOW I AM MOVING. THE NAILS YOU CAN SEE THEM POPPING OUT OF THE DRYWALL. THERE IS NEVER COLD WATER ONLY HOT AND IF YOU FIND A PARK SPOT GIVE ME A CALL I LIKE TO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT BECAUSE CURRENT TENANTS CAN'T FIND ANY. THE MOUNT PROSPECT POLICE HAVE LET THIS HAPPEN BY LOOKING AND PROSPECT COMMONS INSTEAD OF EVERY OTHER COMPLEX IN THE AREA THEY WILL HOWEVER RIGHT YOU A PARKING TICKET FOR PARKING ON THE GRASS. OTHER THEN THAT INVESCO WHO RENTS MOST OF THE COMPLEX (THERE PRIVATLY OWNED BUILDINGS) WILL COME AND TRY TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. THE CRIME AND EVERY THING ELSE MOUNT PROSPECT WILL CONTIUE TO LET IT HAPPEN
