Ok, I had the best apartment with all the add-ins and offers possiable. When November came through I went from a 26.00 electric bill to $129.00 a indivitual unit seems like you are paying for the full structure. I set the HOTEL heating system on automatic it would turn off time to time. But I?m never here I only come home to sleep like most people do. Very dry cold winters windows leaked and seals around apartment leaked probably from Ohare Jets vibrating.

Noise, ALL the time if you are a heavy sleeper well enjoy... You can hear traffic from the main streets and the planes all night long...

Make sure you have a unit inside other areas and not facing open space. The whole Lexington Drive space had plastic on the windws even in the summer. Needs remodeling bad and make sure your renters covers water dammage because when it rains it leaks Happy swimming!
