I lived in their apartment for the last 2 years as a "Colonist", and i have to say that it was really one of my best renting experiences. The management was always trying to come up with activities for residents to interact if they wanted to like socials and garage sales. The rent was a little high for the amount of room I thought, and the walls are just a hair thin, but realistically, I had no problems there.

As far as safety was concerned, the local police came by fairly regularly to monitor the place, so I always felt pretty safe (I DJ on the side and have a fortune in equiptment there).

Last note - having rented for a while, i've gotten accustomed to getting screwed out of my security deposit. These guys just sent me a note - $10 for an unclean oven. Other than that, i'll see all of my deposit back. Nice. If you guys at the leasing office are reading this, thanks for a great job.
