Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Good Neighborhood, and good staff. Close to main areas. Only problem being Windows and Doors are badly insulated - making it too coll in winters and Very high Heat consumption to Cool. No secure access to the building. But overall a nice place a live
