The first thing is that the building is not secure. Second the "Club House" needed a lot of work done. Third they said they have a state of the art gym. When I was there it was just one old stationary bike a treadmill one stairmaster (I think) and a universal machine. The sauna's they advertised were dirty and nasty (Needless to say I did not use the workout room) However there is a nice park district close with a nice gym (RecPlex) The staff were helpful with issues when they arosed but the service could have been better. They had rodent problems when I was there. But to end on a good note they did have two lighted tennis courts. They also finished building a sand volleyball court as well as a nice picnic and play area. It looked very nice
