This apartment is just okay as long as you stay away from Anna. She is the most unprofessional, inefficient, and rudest sales person I've ever met (and trust me, I've met tons of sales people 'cause I move a lot). If you go talk to her about a problem with your place, all she does is make it worse, and she makes it sound like it's your fault in a very rude way. Never, ever go to her.

She's kind of weird. At least the younger lady I've spoken to (don't remember her name), though, is all smiles.

I agree with these comments. Since very rude and inpolite person. Never want to help out. Anytime you go to her she will instruct to other people. She just wants to sit around enjoy talking to her friends on phone and get paid free without doing any work. Other staff member is perfect. They are willing to listen to your problem, explain the policies and rules very calm and polietly manner specially young Hispanic and Indian girls.
