After living here 2 years, I would say it's not such a bad community. Our apartment is a 1 bedroom, and I admit it's a little small, but it served our needs thus far. Balconies/patios are spacious, and if you pick the right building you can have more privacy than others. The units are non-smoking as far as I can tell, which is a plus considering the many families in residence. Parking has been an issue but as of the beginning of 2007 they have a towing company in service to tow any non-resident vehicles parked Saturdays and Sundays from 10 pm-morning.

No major issue with insect investations on the upper floors, and water pressure is sufficient. Maintenance staff have always been friendly and very quick to fix whatever is broken.

The fitness center is clean and well-kept, although it is a little small and lacking in very new machines. Entertainment room is available for parties, but with a fee. Laundry is a little expensive (currently $1.10 per load) but machines are available in every other building.

All in all, compared to the apartments available non-community in the area, these apartments rate well. Cats are allowed as long as they are aware of them. Clean and comfortable units. Good for starters and for families.

They do allow smoking inside and outside. My neighbors smoke like chimneys and I can smell every 2 hours like clock work. Also, just look at the windows of some buildings, they are filmy from cigarette smoke. ALSO, I have a neighbor who is a pot smoker, very smelly. Mgmt. is aware but doesn't care.
