Terrible customer service

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Every time I visit the leasing office, employees don't care and keep me wait for a long time. Then, I asked one of them and usually they don't take my need seriously. They are very unfriendly and thinking of only themselves. I wanna move out as soon as it possible.
