I've lived at the colony apartments for Four years, Almost five, I have never had a problem, I live I apartment 203 Bld 15, The rental office have always been great to me, When I need something done, I let them know, And It's done right away. A few months ago I had a leeky ceiling, I call them at eleven PM, Within minutes, Someone was knocking at my door to fix it, What can I say' It's a great place to live.
