I lived here for a year, I first had leakage in the ceiling it took the office weeks to get it fixed. My tub keeps clogging up due to it being old and needing to be replaced also it looks like they painted the tub white before we moved in, now it is all black, paint is chipping. Patio door and bedroom windows do not close properly in the winter I got a high electric bill from the draft coming in, they said it would be fixed no one ever came, now it seems to have mold around it. Winter time they did a very poor job on cleaning the parking lots, they didn't even shovel until a couple of tenants went into the office to complain. First, they sent me a renewal notice with the price of how much my rent would go up to, then a couple of days later they sent me another renewal notice saying that they were not going to renew my lease due to a couple of late rent payments, so now I have to move because they have the right to not renew my lease, if you rent here make sure that you know that if you have more than 2 late rent payments within a six month period they have the right to not renew your lease.

This is the process for every where. Its not their fault that you choose live by pay check and wait for friday to get some money in your pocket. paying late only hurt from everywhere such as paying late fee, be without place and main importantly affect on your credit. You agreed to the contract by siging it and now don't complaints. Learn to manage everything. got it
