I wouldn't recommend it...

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006

Things are not well-maintained and things are not fixed in a timely manner. In order to get something fixed, it requires continuous follow up or stuff just isn't fixed.
Employees of rental office are terribly rude and often not available during posted office hours.
