I LIVED IN THIS APATRRMENT COMPLEX FOR 2 YEARS,A ND MOVED OUT OF 708 BLDG.ME, AND A FRIEND RENTING IN THIS BUILODING, AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO US. WE WERE PROMISED THINGS TO BE FIXED OR UPGRADED LIKE THE CABINETS POLES IN THE CLOSET THAT WOULD BE SECURED TO THE WALL, AND NOT PALL DOWN EVERY FEW MONTHS. WE HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS TO OUR OWNER, WHO TOOK HIS TIME TO EVEN CALL YOU BACK TO SAY THAT HE RECEIVED YOUR MESSAGE. WE HAD SOME LOW INCOME FAMILY MEMBERS THAT OCCUPIED THE TWO APARTMENTS ON THE FIRST FLOOR. WHER THEY KEPT THE HALLWAYS FILTY WITH TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS, CORONA, AND MODELO BOTTLES ETC. THE BEER NAME SAYS IT ALL, AND I AM A VERY DIVERSE INDIVIDUAL. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, AND I WAS SUBJECTED TO HEAR EVERY TIME THAT MY NEIGHBOR DOWNSTAIRS HAVVE SEXUAL RELATIONS.. WE HAVE COMPLAIN ON NUMBEROUS OCCASSIONS REGARDING THE UPKEEPING AND THE HANGING OUT IN THE PARKING LOTS THAT GO ON. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE NOT HERE.. THEY FIX BROKEN CARS IN THE PARKING LOT, AND BLAST BANDA MUSIC IN THE CARS. ANOTHER CONCERN WAS THE PARKING LOT HAD HOLES, AND NOT FILLED OFTEN, AND THE AREA BY THE OFFICE IS WHERE YOU CAN SEE OUTDOOR SEXUAL ACTIVITIES GOING ON, BECAUSE IT HAS POOR LIGHTING. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO BUST WEIRDO PEOPLE IN THE ACT OF SEX IN THE CAR..

WE TRIED TO WORK WITH THIS BUILDING, AND THE OWNER DIDN'T CARE,SO WHY SHOULD WE. ME, AND MY FRINED WHO OCCUPIED TWO APPARTMENTS MOVED ON TO BIGGER AND BETTER.. NOW I REALLY BELIEVE IT'S WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY TO HAVE A CLEAN , AND QUITE APARTMENT COMPLEX.. MY NEW PLACE IN SCHAUMBURG TREA THE TEENANTS WITH RESPECT, AND FIX THINGS IN 48 HRS LIKE WE WERE TOLD UPON SIGNING A 12 MONTH LEASE. HAVING DIFFERENT OWNERS WAS A MESS ITSELF. NOBODY KEEPS RECORDS ACCURATELY OR KNOW ABOUT YOU SECURITY DEPOSIT, BECAUSE EMPLOYEES CHANGED SO OFTEN. THE OFFICE IS NEVER OPEN ON NORMAL BUSINESS OFFICE TIMES. THEY WILL BE THESE CREATED HOURS TO CUSTOMIZED TO THE EMPLOYEES NEEDS.

THE RENT IS ALWAYS BEING NEGOTIATED IN COUNTRY SIDE WHICH TELLS YOU THE TYPE OF TEENANTS YOU WILL GET

I lived at this location before and was not happy with the way management runs this location. Its so true that management was rude, but i think that the problem was that the different owners. Of course they don't want to fix stuff, because the money have to come out their pockets.. I think that this is a suburban ghetto in the makings.. i think that once you rent to alot of imigrants with no papers you can expect the property value to go down. When a person not use to living a normal sucessful lifestyle why would they respect where they live.. I was mad at the fact that we had to call Mt. Prospect at least twice a week. I was tired of seeing people stand in front of my building at 708 Huntington Commons drinking beer. I noticed that many didn't work in the building, and the first floor had people move in and out like a hotel. You could not build a relationship with the teenants because most didn't speak English, plus there was a huge turn around with teenanst. I would move back to this place if I had no other option.. (I pray every night If you are looking for up to date carpet, closets, cabinets etc. keep trucking.. Its all old school stuff here. Please dont waste your time at this place..
