Overall, Forest Cove is an ok place to live. The staff is nice and has always responded quickly to our service calls - which are rare. Our apartment is a decent size, except for the kitchen. It's somewhat small, and worse off, we hardly have cabinet space. We use our coat closet as a pantry - NO KIDDING!
Almost every balcony is in need of repair - the squirrels have chewed them all up and seem to eat just about anything! We've had the wheels on our grill, our son's bicycle handles, and our lawn chairs chewed up by squirrels. Also, we live on the third floor and hear all types of creatures racing and wrestling around in the middle of the night!
The landscape is nice, and there's a picnic area and bicycle trail behind the complex which is nothing to brag about but it's nice to have.
Parking is definitely the worst problem with this apartment complex - I wish they would assign spaces and provide more lighting on the pathways. I don't think there's alot of noise here, and if there ever has been, we've called the police and the're quick to respond.
