BAD LOCATION, BAD MANAGEMENT

Terrible management, will make up damages on inspection report if you do not get a copy. Watch out for thier ridiculous fines if you do not renew your lease. "Beautiful" lakes are disgusting mosqito breeding grounds and beer bottle collectors. This is an industrial area with no provisions for walking or biking anywhere. For the same rent you can find a much nicer place to live.
