We have lived here a little over 7 months now and our overall experience had been good.

Good points, feels like home and not a hotel, Prompt maintanance, plenty of parking and South side of property, pets welcome, small park to the west and easy access to I-90 and Woodfield mall and nice managment.

Bad points, prompt maintanance put poor work, pigeons everwhere (plus what come out of their butts) I have seen a few big rats and racoons in the parking lot and near the garbage but didn't seem to bother or attack anyone, pool is not all that eye appealing, pond is nic3e but a little dirty, no parking on the North side of property, crapy paint jof of apts. and the parking lot lights on the South side that I know go on and off all night long and have yet to be repaired.

Overall I have had a good experience here and would reccomend it.
