I have been living here for about 2 years on a 2nd floor unit. The walls are so thin that you can hear every foot step above you, so if you are sensitive to such noise, it will be aggravating, as there isn't concrete separating the floors, but some thin plywood. You hear things you would rather not at times.

There are mice by the garbage cans, and you will see them by the pond area, which is by the clubhouse as well.

One one occasion when my heat system went out, maintenance came out right away and had it run on manual, so when I would come home, it would be over 80 degrees, as I had no control over it. It took months for them to finally replace it, and it was only because of my following up with mgmt that they did something about it.

The area is becoming increasingly dangerous, as I have heard of car breaks-ins, women being assaulted, and there were notes put on the doors of the apartments, informing us of a couple recent break-ins. The parking lots are not lit at night, and on one occasion, I saw very suspicious people in the parking lot, and had to wait in my car until they left. I believe they left, only because they saw me noticing them. I do not feel safe whatsoever, and I'm embarrased to have people over, as the hallways aren't cleaned, and the laundry rooms are disgustingly hot and dirty.

The management is usually not responsive to situations that are brought to their attention, and it sometimes requires a few phone calls, before anything gets done.

It seems as though they rent to anyone, and even though they claim to enforce a rule about the maximum occupency in the units, you will find that in some cases, there seem to be about 10 people living in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment.

I'm looking to move for my safety, as it is only getting worse in this complex and neighborhood!
