The cost of the apartment does not suit the area. There aren?t many nice places to walk around unless you walk around the complex. Floors are wood which most of the time it wasn?t a problem but when you make a complaint about noise levels all they do is send a letter and tell you to call the police. Landscaping is nice on most of the property, if you live on the inside of the property but a lot of people end up facing the parking lots. We?ve requested woodchips or something near our apartment for 2 years and nothing. There are no assigned spaces which means that if you come home late you end up parking in the back lot and walking a ways to get to your apartment, fine in the summer but awful in the winter. There have also been two cars broken into on the lot in the past 6 months. We have had a broken window for 2 years, they said they would call when the part came in and nothing ever happened. We called again and they came out but it was never fixed. A friend of mine had a third floor apartment and they were leaning on the balcony and the railing collapsed and he fell to the ground.
