I lived at forest cove for under a year! Me and my roomate thought it was great at first, because of the price. Then the problems started. The stove broke down all the time, the fridge had a leak in it, and one of the office workers, walked right in our apartment. She actually had a key! Just walked right in! The a/c was always broken, and maintence never fixed anything. Now I come to the roaches! We had some huge roaches! They got worse as we lived there, and were also seen roaming the halls. I will never ever live in a crap hole like that again.

I'm not sure who this person is, but I've lived at Forest Cove for over 10 years. I've never seen a roach anywhere. Office employees are very professional, and maintenance is pretty good. I highly suggest just coming in and taking a look for yourself.

WELL, I HAVE LIVED IN FOREST COVE FOR A WHILE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS UNTIL RECENTLY. LIKE ONE OF THE OTHER COMPLAINTS FROM ANOTHER TENANTS, THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, AND MAINTENANCE EVEN WORSE. MAMAGEMENT USES MAINTENANCE AS ELECTRICIANS, WHO END UP ------- UP EVERY THING. I WAS TOLD BY A MAINTENANCE GUY THAT THE WIRING IN A NEIGHBORS APARTMENT WAS "TAMPERED" WITH. I ADVISED HER THAT THAT WAS PROBABLY WHY HER AIR WENT OUT. I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP IN A MONTH. I WILL SURELY NEVER LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. MY AIR IS BROKEN AGAIN AND I AM ALWAYS GIVEN EXCUSES AS TO WHY IT IS NOT FIXED. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET ON THE BALL, OR SELL THE PROPERTY TO SOMEONE WHO WILL ACTUALLY HIRE PEOPLE FIX FIX THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE APARTMENTS. I HAVE ALREADY KNOWN 3 PEOPLE TO HAVE MOVED OUT OF THESE APARMTENTS DUE TO THE NONCHALANT ATTITUDE OF MAANGEMENT. I REALLY FEEL SORRY IF YOU STAY AT THESE APARMTENTS FOR ANOTHER YEAR!
