I've been here almost six years now and am still reasonably happy here. I've had almost no problems with my apartment. It's reasonably quiet but I am on the third floor which does help. I almost never hear my immediate neighbors but there are a couple of party people in the courtyard who are VERY loud. There is also a couple of dogs that bark constantly and that is very annoying. When I first moved here, dogs were not allowed but now they are. My apartment is very small with almost no storage and the kitchen is very tiny. Office staff seems OK but lately, every time I go there, there's someone new. Personally, I've had no bugs and not seen any of the rats others have commented about. Again, not bad but not great either, just don't take a ground floor.
