I have been living here for about a year and i am not going to renew my lease. The parking lot is dirty and i don't even want to mansion the rats around the gerbage cans. My husbant gave them few calls about that problem and the result was zero!!! The common areas like hallways, stairs and laundry room has never been cleaned. There are spiderwebs all over. As some of the other residents we had a problem with the AC. It took them 7 moths to fix it. Our storage room was broken in 2 days after we move in. So for our safety we are moving out as soon as our lease expired!

As for what was said, Forest Cove is working very hard (with the village & anderson pest control) to take care of the issue. It's sad to say that the problem is coming from accross the street at Famous Freddies & ARC garbage. It is not something that can be taken care of over night. AC's?! Not sure what they are talking about. We got a new AC this summer without even asking for one.

Wish we would get a new AC w/o asking. They are very old and inefficient. I dont think the rats are from Freddies, not the way people just throw trash on the ground instead of IN the dumpster. What is so hard about lifting the dumpster lid? Lived here almost two full years and its gone down hill. Was pretty nice at first. Parking is tuff if you get home after 9p, you can find a spot but you'll have to walk. Halls are rarely cleaned. Finally, the heat assessment is totally unfair and they lied about how it would work. Looking for a new apt.
