I lived at Forest Cove in 2005-2006. I hated it. The parking was horrible. They cram as many spaces as they can and when you park, you are inches away from other cars. I had numberous scratches on my new car because of it.
The dumpsters were horrendous. People were so lazy to throw their garbage in the dumpsters and there would be garbage all over the place. Not to mention rats!!!! I couldn't throw my garbage without being scared off.
The staff didn't really care to do much about it. Oh, and there were countless power outages. My kids wouldn't even want to go to sleep in fear that we would be woken up by the screeching alarms.
Then when my lease was finally up. I left and was shocked when I received my deposit back. They had taken most of it and charged me for things I had done....like cleaning the stove, refrigerator, bathroom. etc. They even charged me for supposedly replacing the living room carpet. Which was fine, except for a little burn near the edge.
