I currently live at here at Forest Cove and am happy with my 2 bedroom apartmenmt. I recently received my renewal (going on my 2nd year). I did shop around, however, for the price Forest Cove has be far the best for the money. My rent is going up $25, however I will still pay under what the average markets seems to offer. I am looking forward to the pool opening this year because last year was a blast. They have an awesome pool party for the residents and I am allowed to bring guests to the pool at any time. I also am pleased with their maintenance and office staff really makes me feel welcome. A few months ago I was in need of a good mechanic and they were able to lead me in the right direction. Also great laundry rooms in each building. I very rarely have to wait my turn to do laundry. I am also told by managment to expect some building face lift this summer (could use a little paint on the exterior).
