Our building's water heater broke and none of the units had hot water coming off the tap. The maintenance person explained that the hot water issue will be fixed by the next day. It was not okay for me but at least I can deal with not taking a shower for a day (since the weather was getting cold - high 40s). But the next day they told me the issue has not been resolved! I would say this is pretty serious and I am just disappointed that this issue is not fixed on time (as promised by them). Also, the maintenance employee does not know what is going on with the status of the problem. Just a thought before you choose to reside here.

I am sorry this resident feels this way. We work very hard on keeping ALL of our residents happy, but unfortunately things happen that are not in our control. After spending over $13,000.00 for a new hot water heater and it was installed first thing in the morning, we had hoped that it was up and running too. Which it was, however for some reason (and trust me if we knew why we would have prevented it from happening) over night one of the wires came loose and that was the reason it failed on us again. The plumbers did come out again immediately and fixed the problem. We understand the inconvenience and appreciate everyone being so patient during this process.

Ahaa!!! The management logs in and respond as Anonymous. For my experiences shared about Forest cove I was responded with reprimand. Now I know that these are just leasing office people who log in regularly as Anonymous and embarass their own residents and blame them as liars. Just as a note: Maintanence really does not have any clue on how to resolve and fix heat issues

So you say management has "Right to Lie" is that Correct. Filling in fake reviews about how great forest cove is and blah .. blah .. blah!!! Why don't you post reviews that besides these fake Advertisements speaks the truth about poorly maintained Forest cove apartments
