Very small, cramped apartments with paper thin walls. You will hear everything your neighbors watch on TV. You will hear every step taken by the people upstairs. Parking is very difficult and apartments are not kept up very well.

Haha I totally forgot about this place until I got an email update of reviews. I have a feeling management frequents this site as a few of the positive reviews look similar. But then again what may be a rat hole to some is palatial to others.

People spend more time to write negative reviews about places and events because they have no time on their hands and they are P.O. cause they didn't get their way for something. People who have positive things to say, either will post something great to say or have other things better to do. People enjoy bitching too much!

Hi, I am a resident of Forest Cove apartments. I totally agree with your post. Paper thin Walls and Poorly maintained apartments. I feel I move into an expensive Garbage . What a rip off !!!

I disagree I have been here for some time and that just is not true. I hear my neighbors not bcz of thin walls but bcz they are just LOUD. Parking is fine give me a break you can always find a spot. Your guest are free to park anywhere the want without having to have a pass for parking I totally disagree.
