I lived here in 1999-2000, but I wanted to share my problem with this apartment complex. Upon moving out I dropped off my final rent payment in the office and left with the assumption that all was okay. A few months later I received a call from a collection agency telling me that they had docked my credit score because I had not made the final month's payment. I was able to use a bank statement to prove my final deposit had been made yet I was unable to remove the mark from my credit report (which has now, years later, affected my home mortgage rate). The disturbing thing is that they had never attempted to contact me (as far as I know) before sending the issue to a collection agency. This could have been a simple clerical error however they made no attempt to assist me with the credit issue or apologizing.
