I love Huntington Square, I live on the third floor and never hear any noise. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it is fixed the same day. Heating and cooling is free and you can control it in your unit. When it comes to temperature I am always comfortable. There is a nice walking area around the lake that many people use which is nice since many other buildings don't have a place like this that residents utilize. I've experienced no crime activity since i've moved in and always feel safe. The 1 bedroom units are small so I'd suggest this place to people as a first apartment. Also no visitor passes are needed and parking is ample. At first I was skeptical about this place given that I wasn't able to see my unit when I put down my security deposit. When I signed the lease the day I moved in the woman in the front office also wasn't going to show me the unit before I signed but I insisted and she gave me the key to see the unit independently before I signed so she could still man the office. My only gripe is that the carpeting in my unit is very old, clean, but old. They also inspect units about 2 times a year but give you a letter several weeks in advance as warning.
