The managment is very rude during intial stage of leasing process. First they would ask you for personal information (pay check), and contact information of pervious OWNER. This is their normal procedure. One problem with this system is that you are reveling your senstive information (Pay check--> ss). The second problem is that your previous private owner dosen't want you to move because he is loosing money.They believe that people are getting free shelter. However,people are paying labor money to pay for RENT. If there are this many problems during intial stage, I can't imagine living here for one year. The staff member sit on their ASS and don't perform credit check till last minute. I am college graduate and have rented few places. I never had to go through this much of hassle STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
