I lived in this apartment for 3 months and just packed up and left. I heard my dog several times growling in the middle of the night at mice in the kitchen. One weekend I left for the weekend and came home to all these brown things on the couter....they were mice droppings. I caught (on average) 3 mice a day in my 4 traps. When I first moved in there was an ant hill in my bathroom (with ants)! If you went in the kitchen in the evening and turned the lights on roaches run and hide under the appliances! I complained about this and never were this issues addressed. There are only 4 visitor parking places in the whole complex. There are major power lines running in front of my front door. They are so close that with the windows open you can here them humming! Don't move in unless your only other option is the streets!
