They take extra care that they get their money every month (just like any other landlord would). However, when it comes to maintenance, they suck. A door knob in my bathroom was falling off, and the service guy told me not to slam the door. I had pigeon poop all over my balcony. Technically, the Mansions office is in Mt Prospect, but the property is in Arlington Heights. If you have a complaint, goto the village of Ar Heights. They have a paper trail of complaints and non-compliance of the Mansions of not putting up proper pigeon prevention. Final word: I suggest to not sign a lease with them.
