Don't bother, unless you get two months free and $100/off per month.
Even then, I should not have signed.
Although they clean the halls all the time.
They should take that money and change the carpet once every 30 years!!'!'!'
It really is brutal, but at least I know the neighbors are there. I can hear them through the ceiling.
Oh yes, they have roaches too. Such fun.
But they are small. LOL
