The management sucks !!! These guys Never respond in timely manner. Whatever thing (Actually most of the things) they dont want to do, they'll tell you about a new policy.

Rent is ok but the windows are leaky... the appt gets really cold in winter... Lot of bugs keep crawling in Living room and Bathroom...

My advice would be STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !!! There are lot of better communities out there for this price...

How come most of these bad reviews were posted on 8/31/2006 or so, regardless of the time stayed at the apt (2000-2002???), and all by anonymous. Did someone really wait 4 yrs to post their review? It looks like dishonest reviews posted by the competition....
